Terms and conditions for the proper mentoring program (12 months duration, 8 months duration & the 18 month duration, and the 4 Week Intensive Coaching Program).

We hate anything complicated, so we like to keep things as simple and transparent as possible.1: This agreement is the entire agreement between you & Properly Trading Ltd, any prior arrangements, promises, or representations being merged herein.

2:This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, Scotland, and Ireland, any country you reside in, you are solely responsible for the terms here in the agreement.

3: As an education and coaching/marketing business, Properly Trading Ltd and its appointed agents are not regulated under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and are not authorized to provide financial or investment advice, neither is the Company and Coaches seeking to do so. Therefore, information in coaching packages is of opinion only and is not intended or should not be interpreted as financial and/or investment advice. We recommend that all Clients seek the advice of independent professionals to inform any investment decisions taken.

4: Earnings Disclaimer. Results may vary from individual to individual in calculating profits, and depend on the industry, capacity, advertising budget, and other factors. The sales figures stated above are our own personal sales figures. Please understand our results are not typical, we’re not implying you’ll duplicate them (or do anything for that matter). The average person who follows any ‘how to’ information gets little to no results. We’re using these references for example purposes only. Your results may vary and depend on many factors including but not limited to your background, experience, and work ethic – we make no guarantees whatsoever. All business entails risk as well as massive and consistent effort and action. If you’re not willing to accept that, then we’re not a great fit for you.

You are solely responsible for your own actions and results in both life and business, which are dependent on factors that are personal to you, including (but not limited to), your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network, and personal financial situation.You accept, agree, and understand that any testimonials or endorsements provided by ProperFreedom’s customers or audience that are represented through our Services, Websites, marketing materials, advertisements, or any of our communication channels have not been scientifically evaluated by us and the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly. 6: Refunds. Refunds shall be granted at our sole discretion.

7: Registration. You may be given the opportunity to register via an online registration form to book a Proper freedom Consulting Session with us. We will use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering you represent and warrant that all information that you provide is current, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all connectivity, computer software, hardware, and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Website and all charges related to the same.

8:Properfreedom consulting Session/strategy session/mentoring call. By booking a Proper freedom Consulting Session (“Consulting call”) or ("strategy session") with us, you are reinforcing that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. We will use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking in for a Session, you represent and warrant that all information that you provide is current, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.The programs these terms of service adhere and are applicable to:

4 Week Intensive or ("mentoring light") as it can be know by.

Here is what's included:-Learn: 4 online modules, released week by week, step by step, easy to digest lessons-Documents/swipes: Get access to swipe files, scripts, and marketing swipes you need.-Power team: Get access to the key contacts you need to run your business including solicitors, remote viewing agents, and more.-Live in person Workshop: Live implementation workshop in London, at the end of the course. Dates likely to be 6-8 weeks after you sign up* (TBC) You get a valid ticket for 1x live workshop in London, and you are welcome to bring your spouse.- Event recordings: All live events are recorded and uploaded in a vault, so don't worry if you cant make it.- Tools: Get all the tools required to build, track, grow, and optimise your property system.- Community: Private community where you can hang out, get coaching, and make friends with like minded people- Coaching: 4x 1-hour weekly Q&A call on Zoom where you ask questions live.- Support: Get Daily support via the community or email/chat/calls with your success coach [Duration of the 4 week program]- Bonus: 4 weeks of audio group coaching via the Voxer app (for the 4 week duration of when you purchase).- Lifetime access to the private proper freedom community group (not the 4 week group).- Lifetime access to the 4 week online program, plus documents, swipe files, checklists, and resources panel.Duration of the program: 4 weeks.

12 Month Mentoring Program

Here is what's included:- Learn: Online video training with step-by-step directions- Tech: Properly Trading gives you access to our software, propernetics.- Brand: We build you a beautiful brand, including websites and ready made seller and buyer funnels so you stand out from the crowd (Done for you, only included in 12 month option)​- Licensing: Partner with properoffer.co.uk home-buying brand (nationwide) - allowing you to use our branding, funnels, softwares.- 12 months access to proprietary software.: Get 12 months access to the all in one proprietary property software, propernetics (Mentoring clients only)​- Connect: Proper community where you can hang out, do deals, and form friendships with others on the same journey.​- Mentoring: 1x 60 minute weekly Q&A calls on group Zoom call where you can ask questions and get answers.- 1-1 Onboarding call: Get onboarded immediately with a 1-1 (30 minute zoom call) with Tom Wade & Tomasz tchorzewski.- 1-1 mentoring: Get your questions answered Monday - Friday , via text, or audio message (Tom Wade & Tomasz tchorzewski personally).​- Accountability: Get weekly accountability and scorecards + access to buddy up with someone in the group.​- Support & Mindset: Get Monday-Friday support via the community or chat with the proper coaches personally..- In person workshops: Meet 4x a year in London for a full day (9am - 5pm) These do not have set dates, but you are entitled to 4x tickets. Dates are TBC in 2023.- Bonus:Barcelona 5* retreat: 1x a year celebrate with the mentoring clients and the team in Spain, Barcelona (dates, hotel, tbc) Dates are 2023 and tbc- Bonus: Partner with properfreedom to help sell you deals. Send it to the team, and we will send it to our buyers. Disclaimer: There are no guarantees we will sell the deal. We will also 50/50% the finders fee with you (the client/sourcer).Duration of the program: 12 Months from the date of purchase (depending on what option you choose).
